Registration Fees for AFID Member Countries
Participants from any of the 15 full-member countries of AFID are entitled to the Member's rates. The countries are: Bangladesh, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Iran, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan and Thailand.
Registration Fees for Persons with Intellectual Disability
The Registration Fees for PIDs (persons with intellectual disability) will be reduced by USD30. Hence, Early Bird rate for PIDs is USD250 while the normal rate is USD300 for AFID member countries.
80% VCF Funding for Singapore Participants
The National Council of Social Service (NCSS) has pre-approved the 19th AFID Conference for VCF funding for NCSS member VWOs. The Conference Fees, after VCF funding, are as shown in the table below.

VWO applicants shall send their Conference Registration Form directly to the 19th AFID Conference Secretariat via email secretariat@afid73.org.
Before the Conference commences, the VWO applicants have to apply on-line for the VCF Local Training Grant via the VWO Corner located at the NCSS homepage (https://www.ncssapp.org.sg). The VCF Management system will generate a reference number (LTXXXX/FYXX/XX) and an approval email for each approved application. These approval emails and the Reference Numbers must then be submitted to the 19th AFID Conference Secretariat.
VWO staff needs to attend all training sessions of the Conference in order to be eligible for VCF funding. The total absenteeism period with valid reasons (such as medical leave) should not exceed 25% of the conference duration.
