Registration Information & Guidelines
 

I.            General Information
 

1.      All participants are required to register.

2.      Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, accommodation, insurance and all bank charges.

3.      Additional registration fee is required for the Pre-Conference Workshops.

4.      If registering at the Conference venue, only cash payment is accepted, and in US or Singapore currencies.

5.      ‘Early-bird’ concessionary registration fees apply until June 30, 2009 inclusive.

6.      Cancellations must be made in writing to the Secretariat at secretariat@afid73.org.

7.      Refunds:

a.      On or Before 31 July 2009 – 75% refund

b.      On or Before 31 August 2009 – 50% refund

c.      After 31 August 2009 – no refund

8.      Participants are allowed to send replacement if they are unable to attend the Conference.

Notes:
 

1.     Singapore Dollar fees are applicable to Singaporean participants only.

2.     Accompanying caregivers pay the same fees as participants.

3.   Registration fees cover: (a) Conference materials; (b) Study tours; (c) Welcome Banquet; (d) Friendship Night; (e) Luncheons and tea-breaks on Nov 23-26, 2009 (box lunches only for Study Tours on 25 November); (f) Souvenirs.

4.   Registration fees exclude fees for the Pre-Conference Workshops which are payable at the door.
